MetricSign subscription and cancellation policy
Month-to-month plan
MetricSign's default billing is month-to-month at €299/month per organisation. There is no minimum contract period and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Annual plan
If you prefer to pay annually, MetricSign offers an annual plan at €2,990/year. This works out to €249/month — effectively 2 months free compared to monthly billing (€299 × 12 = €3,588 vs €2,990/year).
The annual plan is billed upfront. Cancellations on the annual plan take effect at the end of the current annual term.
What's included on both plans
Both the monthly and annual plans include:
- All connectors (Power BI, Tableau Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt Cloud, dbt Core, Databricks, Apache Airflow, Qlik Cloud)
- Unlimited workspaces
- Unlimited users
- Incident detection and guided resolution
- Alert channels (email, Slack, Teams, Telegram, webhook)
- European data hosting (AWS eu-west-1)
There are no per-seat fees, no per-connector add-ons, and no usage-based charges.
45-day free trial
Before committing to any paid plan, you get a 45-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to continue on a monthly or annual plan.
